1. This Policy applies to: AISHU websites, products, and services that display or link to this Policy.

Article 2 | Collection and Use of Personal Information

1. You acknowledge and agree that we will collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide when using our website, mobile services and other channels to identify you personally; if your personal information is obtained indirectly from a third party, we will use your Personal Information in accordance with the agreement signed with the third party for the legality of the Information source and comply with the relevant laws and regulations. When you register your AISHU account or use the services provided by AISHU, we will record the relevant Personal Information you provide, such as password, mobile phone number, email address, etc.
4. Personal data is legally obtained by AISHU from business partners or other third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, AISHU may obtain your personal data from public and commercial channels and will confirm the legality of the source of personal data in accordance with the agreement with the third party, and then comply with relevant laws and regulations. 8. To improve better services for you and update our products, we will collect the information that you voluntarily provide us with during using AISHU products and services in the following ways：

• Device and Log Information: AISHU server will automatically record the request logs generated when you are browsing AISHU's official website or using our products, for example, log information will be recorded after you log into the software, and it will happen after the backup job started. When you use AISHU services, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize the service experience and report and track device information of error messages to resolve problems, we will access your phone permissions, collect log information such as your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, IMEI, software version number, method, type and status of network access, network quality data. This kind of information is the basic information that must be collected in order to provide services.
• Registration Information: This will be recorded as you try to log into the software for data backup and recovery, such as username and password.

9. In order to provide you with convenient and quality services, we may need some permissions on your device. When you start the corresponding function, you will see a pop-up reminder asking you for authorization. You can choose to turn off some or all permissions in the settings options of Client or your device.

10. When you choose our services, we may use software development kits (“SDK”) provided by third-party service providers, which will collect your necessary information under some specific scenarios. You agree that when the following information leakage occurs due to the information collected by the related third-party service providers, they will bear the corresponding legal responsibility. 11. You may access, modify and delete your personal information by the following steps:

• Access basic information identifying the user. Log into the software and find the Personal Information page, then click Personal Information.
• Access information about client IP/virtualization platform cloud/cloud platform/cloud storage and IP address, account information from AnyShare.
  • Enter the Personal Information page after login, then click Resources.
  • Enter the related page for what you want to view.
• Modify the information, such as from virtualization platform/ cloud platform/cloud storage/IP and account from AnyShare.

12. If your personal information is obtained beyond the above scenarios, your express consent will be obtained again, and the content and scope of the application of scenarios and the obtaining your relevant information will be fully explained to you before obtaining your express consent.

14. If you are a partner of AISHU, we will use your information provided to manage and develop the mutual business relationship, For example, we will

• Send you the detailed content of the AISHU Partner Program;

Article 3 | Storage and Protection of Personal Information

• Your Personal Information will be stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
• You should ensure that all personal data submitted is accurate. AISHU will try its best to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal data and update your personal data in a timely manner based on the data you provide to AISHU.
• You can delete the information as described above by deregistering the account by yourself, but the information is not recoverable once deleted, and we will not store it any longer, otherwise, we will help you store it until the product services come to an end.
• In the event our products or services get off, we will take the steps to notify you of the details by pushing a notification as soon as possible, and will delete your personal information or anonymize it in a reasonable expiration period.

2. Protection and Security Measures of Information

• AISHU attaches great importance to the security of your personal data. To protect the Personal Information that you have provided us against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration, AISHU uses technical and organizational security measures, such as backing up data on other servers and encrypting passwords, to prevent any unauthorized disclosure or access.
• AISHU has corresponding technical and security measures to ensure that the information held by Aishu is not lost, abused, or altered. These measures include backing up data to other servers and encrypting user passwords. AISHU attaches great importance to information security compliance, establishes strict management systems and procedures to ensure information security, strictly restricts information access personnel, and requires them to comply with confidentiality obligations. AISHU will take appropriate industry-standard security measures and technical means to store and protect your personal information to prevent your information from being lost, accessed without authorization, publicly disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost, or otherwise leakage. We will take all reasonably practicable steps to protect your personal information.
• AISHU will authenticate the identity of our staff who process your Personal Information and will take control of them on usage rights. We will sign a confidential agreement with the staff who gets in touch with your Personal Information. The staff who violates relevant laws and regulations will be liable for legal consequences.
• However, please understand that due to technical limitations and various malicious means that may exist, in the Internet environment, even if you do everything you can to strengthen security measures, AISHU cannot guarantee the absolute security of this information.
• In the event of a security incident such as the disclosure of Personal Information, we will initiate an emergency plan to prevent the expansion of the incidents, and promptly report to the regulatory authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the local laws and regulations, and inform you the basic situation of the security incident, the possible impact, the countermeasures that the company has taken or will take, the precautions and remedial measures you may consider by pushing notification, announcement, email, etc.

Article 4 | Processing of Juvenile Information

1. AISHU will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person that is not a legal adult, and does not target children in connection with its products, services, and websites.
2. Considering that AISHU cannot get the age of web visitors, in the event that children provide Personal Information to us without parental consent, the parent or guardian could send an email to us to remove the information.

Article 5 | Use of Cookie and Similar Technologies

2. Right to Restriction of Processing

We hope that you can make an appropriate choice according to your understanding. If you do not agree to such changes, you may stop using AISHU products and services. By continuing to use AISHU products and/or services, you agree to be bound by this revised Policy.
