confidentiality of your information, AISHU may collect and use your relevant

understand how AISHU handles your personal data and information when you use

it in bold to draw your attention. AISHU is the controller referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

AISHU offers many products and services through AISHU
platform intended for use by commercial organizations. If you register an
account and purchase or use AISHU products and services using your
organization’s E-mail address, the owner(s) of the domain associated with your
organization’s E-mail address and/or your organization may monitor or control
your account on AISHU platform and access, process, and/or control your
personal data, as well as the content of your communications and files. Your
organization’s use of AISHU products and services may be subject to its own
rules or statements, and AISHU is not responsible for your organization’s
privacy or security practices.
AISHU encourages you to carefully read and clearly
understand the content of this Notice before using AISHU products and services.
We hope that you can make appropriate choices based on your understanding. If
you do not agree with such changes, you can stop using AISHU products and

website, products and services that display or link to this Privacy Notice.

If the service you use has specific
applicable privacy policies or agreements, please refer to the content of those
specific applicable privacy policies or agreements. If there are no specific
circumstances mentioned above, this Notice shall apply.
Article 2 | Collection and Use of Your
Personal Information

Personal information (or personal
data as defined by applicable data protection laws such as GDPR) refers to
information that can identify an individual either alone or in combination with
other information. Such information is directly submitted by you to AISHU when
you use AISHU website, products, or services, and interact with AISHU. It
includes network identity information (e.g. system usernames and passwords,
database usernames and passwords, cloud platform usernames and passwords,
virtualization platform usernames and passwords, IP addresses, domain names,
E-mail addresses), basic information (e.g. names, nationalities, positions,
companies, contact information), personal usage data (including file directory
structures, file names, database names, instance names), frequently used device
information (including the information describing the basic details of
personally frequently used devices, such as device MAC addresses, running
process information, operating system type information).

AISHU fully respects your privacy
rights and protects your personal information. You can browse AISHU website
without providing any personal information. However, if you use AISHU products
and services, you may need to provide necessary information, such as relevant
registration information, real-name authentication information, relevant
information during usage, and other personal information that AISHU may
require. By providing your personal information for the above purposes, you
acknowledge and accept the purpose of using your personal information and agree
that AISHU may use your personal information to achieve that specific purpose.
You can choose not to provide the aforementioned personal
information to AISHU, but if you choose not to provide it, AISHU may not be
able to provide you with the relevant products or services or respond to and
resolve any issues you may encounter.

The information that AISHU may
collect from you includes network identity information (system usernames and
passwords, IP addresses, domain names, and E-mail addresses), basic information
(usernames and passwords for databases, cloud platforms, virtualization
platforms, and AnyShare), personal usage data (file
directory structures, file names, database names, and instance names), and
frequently used device information (MAC addresses, operating system types).
AISHU requires this data and information to provide its products and services
(legal basis: performance of a contract).
4.
You acknowledge and agree that AISHU
may collect your personal information (“Personal Information”), which you
voluntarily provide when using AISHU website, mobile services, and other
channels, and which can be used to identify you personally. If your personal
information is indirectly obtained by AISHU from a third party, AISHU will use
your personal information according to the terms and conditions agreed upon
between you and that third party, and/or any agreements signed between AISHU
and that third party. When you register an AISHU account or use the services
provided by AISHU, AISHU will record the relevant personal information you
provide, such as passwords, phone numbers, E-mail addresses, etc. The aforementioned personal information is the basis for you to
access AISHU services (legal basis: performance of a contract).

Personal information obtained by
AISHU from business partners or other third parties: Within the scope permitted
by applicable laws and regulations, AISHU may obtain your personal information
from public and commercial channels. AISHU will confirm the legitimacy of the
personal information source based on agreements with third parties and comply
with applicable laws and regulations.

AISHU has the right to analyze your
personal information and further develop our products and services without
disclosing your information to third parties (legal basis: legitimate interests
for improving our products and services).

The personal information you provide
may be used in the following scenarios, and may also be used by third parties
selected by AISHU in strict accordance with this Notice:

Contacting you;

Inviting you to participate in
satisfaction surveys and market research related to AISHU products and services;

Sending you the latest news and
promotional information about AISHU products or services;

Using your personal information for
the purpose of protecting your, AISHU’s, customers’ or public safety, property,

measures, complaint handling, dispute resolution, fraud detection, archival
backup, customer service, etc. When you use security features or similar
services, AISHU may detect malicious programs or viruses or identify fraudulent
information for you. Of course, AISHU will strive to minimize the scope of such
use, and you should have foreseen and agreed to such circumstances when
providing personal information;

is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations; or

When legally authorized by you.

In the process of using AISHU
products and services, AISHU will collect the information you voluntarily
provide or generate as a result of using the products
and services in order to provide services, optimize our products and services,
and ensure the security of your account. This includes:

Device and log information:
Like most internet services, AISHU servers automatically record the requests
you make when accessing AISHU website or using AISHU products, such as logging
information after user login or backup task initiation. In order to ensure that
you can use our services normally, maintain the normal operation of our
services, improve and optimize the service experience, and report and track
device information related to error messages to resolve issues, we may access
your phone permissions and collect device model, operating system, device
serial number, unique device identifier, ANDROID ID, device MAC address, IMEI,
SD card data, running process information, software installation list, software
version number, network access method, type and status, network quality data.
The aforementioned information is the basic information that must be collected
to provide the service.
2)
Account registration information: When you use AISHU products for backup and restore, you
need to use the default account or create a new user. When creating a user, you
need to provide at least a username and password.
3) Clipboard information: When you use AISHU products to share content and upload
files, we will access the clipboard information within the AnyShare
app to recognize content shared with you by others.
9. In order to provide you with convenient and high-quality services, we
may request certain permissions on your device. You will see a pop-up window
asking for your authorization when you use the corresponding function. You can
choose to disable some or all of the permissions in
the client or device settings.

Article 3 | Storage and Protection of Your Personal
Information

Information storage
1)
During your use of AISHU products
and services, AISHU will continuously retain your personal information. AISHU
may retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the
purposes stated in this Notice, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
2)
You shall ensure that all personal
information you provide is accurate and complete. AISHU will make efforts to
maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal information and update
it in a timely manner based on the information you provide to AISHU.
3)
You can delete the aforementioned
information by canceling your account or actively deleting it. The act of
canceling or deleting is irreversible, and AISHU will no longer store the
aforementioned information. Before you cancel your account or delete data,
AISHU will permanently retain your data until the product stops its service.
4)
In
the event that our products or services cease
operation, we will notify you through push notifications, announcements, etc.,
and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable
period.
2.
Protection and security measures for information
1)
AISHU values the security of your
personal information. AISHU employs appropriate physical, managerial, and
technical safeguards to protect your personal information, ensuring that the
information held by AISHU is not lost, accessed, disclosed, used, modified,
destroyed, lost, or leaked without authorization, and is not abused or tampered
with. These security measures include backing up data to other servers,
encrypting user passwords, establishing strict management systems and
procedures, strictly limiting information access personnel, and requiring them
to comply with confidentiality obligations.
2) AISHU has implemented corresponding technical and security
measures to ensure that the information held by AISHU is not lost, abused, or
tampered with. These security measures include backing up data to other servers
and encrypting user passwords. AISHU attaches great importance to information
security compliance, establishes strict management systems and procedures to
ensure information security, strictly limits information access personnel, and
requires them to comply with confidentiality obligations. AISHU will take
appropriate industry-standard security measures and technical means to store
and protect your personal information, in order to prevent the loss, unauthorized
access, disclosure, use, modification, destruction, loss, or leakage of your
information. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your
personal information.

AISHU conducts identity
authentication and access control for employees involved in the processing of
personal information. We also sign confidentiality agreements with employees
who have access to your personal information, clarifying their job responsibilities
and code of conduct to ensure that only authorized personnel can access
personal information. For employees who violate the regulations, we will
strictly hold them legally accountable in accordance with our internal
management systems and applicable laws and regulations.

However, please understand that
despite our efforts to strengthen security measures, AISHU cannot guarantee the
absolute security of this information due to technological limitations and
possible malicious methods. The systems and communication networks used for
AISHU products and services may encounter issues beyond our control.

In the event of a security incident
such as personal information leakage, AISHU will activate emergency plans to
prevent the incident from expanding, report to regulatory authorities in
accordance with the relevant provisions of specific jurisdictions, and inform
you through push notifications, announcements, E-mails, etc. about the basic
details of the security incident, potential impacts, measures taken or to be
taken by AISHU, and preventive and remedial measures that you may consider.
Article 4 | Handling of Minors’ Personal
Information
1.
Minors are not the intended audience
of AISHU products, services and websites, and AISHU neither intends nor
attempts to collect information from minors.
2.
Considering that AISHU cannot
distinguish the age of website visitors, if a minor provides personal
information to AISHU without obtaining the consent of their parents or
guardians, the parents or guardians can contact AISHU via E-mail to have such
information removed.
Article 5 | Use of Cookies and Similar
Technologies
2. The main function of using Cookies is to facilitate your use
of website products and services. For example, they can help reduce the number
of times and frequency of information entry or assist in determining the
security of your account. You can also retrieve information provided during

Article 6 | Sharing of Your Personal
Information

Sharing refers to the process where
AISHU provides personal information to third parties, and both AISHU and the
third parties independently process the personal information.
2.
Without your consent, AISHU will not
provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third
party, except in the following circumstances:
1) Disclosure to a third party with your prior authorization;
2) Sharing your personal information with third parties
necessary for providing the products and services you requested;
3) Providing relevant information to national authorities or
authorized units in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements;
4) Disclosing to third parties as required by applicable laws,
regulations, or service-related agreements and rules;
5) Disclosing to the complained party as required by a
qualified intellectual property complainant who has filed a complaint, for the
purpose of dispute resolution;
6) Disclosure to protect your life, body, property, or prevent
significant harm to the rights and interests of others;
7) Other circumstances where AISHU reasonably believes it
complies with applicable laws, regulations, or related requirements.

AISHU will only share your personal
information for legitimate, lawful, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes,
and only the personal information necessary for providing product usage and
services will be shared. Personal information will only be processed by
entities formally designated as information processors or controllers, and for
the purposes stated in this Notice. AISHU will make reasonable commercial
efforts to conduct data security capability audits on third parties with whom
personal information is shared, sign non-disclosure agreements with them, and
require them to process your personal information in accordance with this
Notice and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
4. AISHU will only share your information with third parties in
reasonably necessary circumstances. Third parties may include:

AISHU’s subsidiaries and affiliates;

In the event of AISHU’s full or
partial merger or sale (including as part of insolvency proceedings or transfer
of debt obligations), corporate restructuring, share sale, or other changes in
corporate control, any information related to you held by AISHU may be
transferred as assets to the proposed acquirer, recipient, joint participant,
or assignee, and the respective entities will continue to fulfill the
responsibilities and obligations of this Notice. If there are changes to the
purposes for using personal information, your consent will be obtained again.

If you are a partner of AISHU, AISHU
will use the information you provide to manage and develop its business
relationship with you. For example, sending you detailed information about
AISHU partner programs, sharing certain information with other partners or
AISHU customers or potential customers while fulfilling confidentiality
obligations, and contacting you for specific transactions or plans as part of
AISHU customer satisfaction or market research activities.

Article 7 | Cross-Border Transfer of Your Personal Information
1. Personal information collected and generated by AISHU within
the territory of the People’s Republic of China will be stored within the
territory of the People’s Republic of China. Personal information collected and
generated by AISHU outside the territory of the People’s Republic of China will
be stored locally where the information is collected.
2. As AISHU provides products and services globally, this means
that the information collected by AISHU about you may be processed in
countries/regions where you use the products or services, where AISHU or its
affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers have establishments, or may be
accessed from these countries/regions. Data protection laws in these
countries/regions may be different. For the purposes stated in this Notice, the
personal information you submit to AISHU in one country/region may be transferred,
used, processed, and accessed in other countries worldwide. By accepting the
content of this Notice, you are deemed to have agreed that your personal
information may be transferred to the aforementioned
countries/regions.

modifying and deleting relevant information, AISHU may require identity
verification to ensure the security of your account. Please understand that due
to technological limitations, legal or regulatory requirements, AISHU may not
be able to fulfill certain requests. Despite this provision, based on legal and
regulatory requirements or reasonable reasons for information security, some
information may not be accessible, modifiable or deletable,
and you shall understand and accept this.

understand that the specific methods of access, modification and deletion may
vary depending on the specific product and service. You can contact AISHU using
the contact information provided in Section 10 to exercise your rights of
access, modification, and deletion:

information/cloud storage/AnyShare account and

a) After logging in, go to the user information page and click

modify, and edit it.
4) Deleting client/virtualization platform/cloud platform
information/cloud storage/AnyShare account and

a) After logging in, go to the user information page and click

Right to data portability

processing of your personal information by AISHU at any time on grounds
relating to your particular situation, and request
AISHU to no longer process your personal information for such purposes. If you
exercise this right, AISHU will no longer process your personal information for
the objected purposes. Exercising this right does not incur any fees.

However, in some cases, such as when
certain measures need to be taken before entering into
a contract or when processing your personal information is necessary to fulfill
a contract that has already been entered into, you may not have the right to
object to the processing of such personal information.
3) Please understand that some basic
personal information is necessary for the provision of product services. When
you exercise the right to object, we will be unable to continue providing you
with services that correspond to the personal information covered by the
objection, and we will no longer process the corresponding personal
information.

Right to account closure

You have the right to close any
previously registered account at any time.

When you uninstall the product
client and complete the account closure, all information within that account
will be deleted. AISHU will no longer collect, use, or provide any personal
information related to that account. However, the information you provided or
generated during your use of AISHU services will still be retained in
accordance with the legal requirements, and the competent authorities have the
right to inquire within the legally required retention period.

If our

right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you decide to withdraw your
